"Wagner" (1964)

In 1964, I took the first phrase of Richard Wagner's "Siegfried's Idyll" and ran it as a loop through
an Ampex PR-10 tape duplicator (one playback machine connected to three slave' recorders
without erase heads. Over a period of ten minutes, the loop recorded over itself numerous times
